“No person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen.”

Cool, thanks. Given this, alot more cards would have to fall to invalidate Obama's Senate election.

If it was invalidated, we still have the fact that another Senator not BO legally holds this seat now, regardless of the skulduggery that placed him there. I think the courts would let this sleeping dog lay regardless of the outcome of BO's citizenship if his actual citizenship becomes a question rather than NBC status.

Its crazy, Obama's citizenship will not be resolved even by the release of his long form B.C. if it is completely valid because there are still a pile of questions to be answered after that. Its time for him to come clean now, no more peeing on our legs and saying its rain. This has gone on too long. Lets have done with it.
