If this is the real deal I believe immediately after giving birth Ann called her mother in Hawaii and told her the details (like its a boy) immediately her mother/father FILED the docs in Hawaii. Remember on Obamas COLB fake or otherwise it says FILED by Registrar 8/11/61 instead of ACCEPTED by Registrar, that would also account for the numbering sequence (later than Nordyke twins) and the newspaper announcements because there was a report of a live birth to the health department.
Yep. I have been saying all along, that Obama’s birth is likely listed on the Long form at an ADDRESS. Not a Hospital. Because he wasn’t born in a Hospital in Hawaii. But be that as it may, likely she just waited until she got back to the Islands. She got there soon after his birth if I recall correctly.
