I doubt any of that small stuff matters. The simple fact is that the SCOTUS swore him in, the last in a long line of buck-pushers who didn’t perform their duties to the american people when they should have.

he simple fact is that the SCOTUS swore him in, Being sworn, not "sworn in", is merely the final requirement to become President, other than the calender and clock. It does not *make* one President by itself.
