Should be easy to authenticate, which she is in the process of doing. There are names on the Kenya B.C. that can be checked. She and WND are really going out on a limb here - they must have something. At this stage of the birth certificate conversation with birthers being declared as nut jobs, why would they risk their reputations?
Just a guess..but my feeling is that if Orly and WND have gone public with this..they have already had the document authenticated as best they can. This is just a formality to inform the court of their duty to act. They have probably had this around for some time and when the MSM got wind of it, they started the onslaught to discredit birthers last week as ‘racists’ and ‘nutters’. It all makes sense now if this is real. That is why they were frantic to get republican congresscritters on record in that resolution saying that Obama was a citizen.
There sure is alot of smoke here.
