The SP that replaced Ken Starr reported that HRC had committed illegal acts, but that it was unlikely that a jury would convict her, regardless of the evidence. So, he recommended against prosecution.

HRC is not afraid of being hauled to court.

Not in a court of law anyway. OTOH, full public disclosure would convict her in the court of public opinion.

Remember the old democrat playbook? It's not the accuracy of the charges, it's the severity...
