Real or fake, who knows. Regardless it neds to be taken seriously one way or another. If it is fake it is important to learn who is passing of the bogus docs. Private citizen yanking our chains or the obama camp yanking our chains.
If it is the obama camp (assuming it could be proved) it should speak volumes to those who have turned a blind eye to the administration thus far. Of course, why they would fake a doc would need to be answered.
Better to know the identities of your enemies.
What is curious about this COLB is the 1964 date of registration. Your comment regarding the timing in relation to filing for divorce makes some sense.
I do find it odd that a fake COLB would use a registration date as such.
