My original copy (the one my parents got at my birth) of my birth certificate was signed 5 days before I was born. It was just a typo, but gave me some problems even way back when. I eventually got a copy of my long form that is correct.

The copy that is posted here is a certified copy of the birth certificate. It seems Obama's mother needed it for the divorce in 1964. The certified copy was signed be the deputy registrar on February 17, 1964 and the divorce was granted March 20, 1964
