That first pic looks almost like the face from the nose up was grafted on and someone clipped the right ear. The ears look different, but so does the skin tone and albedo—shiny from the mustache up.
The ear lobes keep growing throughout life, but it would be a stretch to attribute the differences to that.
And the smile?
Totally different.
