I checked back and yes, I indicated the wrong comment.
My comment #11193 that “SADO’s b.c. does not indicate twins” was a statement totally devoid of sarcasm.
The other way would be if they cut her in half. Now tell me you see no evidence of that, either.
You still have Ann S Obama listed in the Polk in Honolulu for 1961 and Anna Obama listed in the Seattle directory for 1961. Ain't no birth certificate gunna explain that one.
One girl heads off East according to Susan Blake, (Susan ad-libs a bit by saying that she was going to join her husand at Harvard, but at the time of the visit, the kenyan was still in Hawaii, he didn't leave there until June 22, 1962)and the other enrolls at the U of WA and lives in one of ten apartments where Mary babysits.
I'll leave you to work that one out. Her two best friends from Mercer Island who attended the U of WA didn't bother to tell us she was there, or that they visited her in Seattle until the listing for ANNA OBAMA was found. In fact, Susan Blake made it quite clear when she said she NEVER SAW HER AGAIN.
And of course, 'Dreams' forgets she was there altogether:
...Gramps returned from the war never having seen real combat, and the family headed to California, where he enrolled at Berkeley under the GI bill. But the classroom couldnt contain his ambitions, his restlessness, and so the family moved again, first back to Kansas, then through a series of small Texas towns, then finally to Seattle, where they stayed long enough for my mother to finish high school. Gramps worked as a furniture salesman; they bought a house and found themselves bridge partners. They were pleased that my mother proved bright in school, although when she was offered early admission into the University of Chicago, my grandfather forbade her to go, deciding that she was still too young to be living on her own...
And that's the only time Seattle gets a mention in relation to any Dunham.
Now add to that that no one saw her in Hawaii except Neil Abercrombie who later had to admit that the only time he saw zero was when he was five years old playing T Ball, and you now have a real problem.
The student listed in the Honolulu Polk is the same student as the student who appears in the Seattle directory imo.
