The BC shows the age of the father as 25. That means he was shown as having a 1936 birth year when he himself was declaring a 1934 birth year.
Looking at the two docs you posted(exclude memo for the moment)
The 1962 doc has 1934 for the birth year.
Two years later....
the 1964 doc has 1936 filled in for the birth year!
Looks like he lied to buy himself more time!
1961 forged b.c. doesn’t fit the timeline because it has 1936 birth year.
