This has probably been addressed already, but Davis’ book was printed years before he met the Dunhams, maybe even before Ann was born.

You are correct. We covered this on the original Long Thread. Frank Marshall Davis' editor explained. The incident referred to a period when FMD was still married to his first wife.
Do you have evidence about what name he went by at Occidental? Records or documents of any kind? Anything else is not credible.

While we were in Indiana for a 2 month visit, we visited an apple orchard. It was Fall. I remember a luscious apple that was still on a branch. I was not quite 8 years old. It was the first and last apple I have ever eaten and liked.
Apples that arrived to the Canal Zone commissaries were always bruised and even had worms sometimes.

In re Hollister v Soetoro, O’s January 26, 2009 Motion to Dismiss at Footnote #1 states:
“President Obama has publicly produced a certified copy of a birth certificate showing that he was born on August 4, 1961, in Honolulu Hawaii.”
Notwithstanding the stated document a) was not a “birth certificate” but a subordinate document of no conclusive value that b) was later found by experts to have been significantly altered, this statement representing O was born in Hawaii was made solely for the purpose of refuting plaintiff’s assertion that O was not born in Hawaii.

Has he? I wonder...who is responsible for the fightthesmears website...zero personally, or could he maintain a flunky made a mistake? The original posting of a CoLB from Hawaii was on another website I won't name...then factcheck 'validated' the fightthesmears image.
At no time has he personally associated himself with any image of 'his CoLB from Hawaii'. At no time has he spoken of it, or been quoted speaking in the first person about that document...as far as I know.

The answer to LucyT’s question does not turn on whether O produced a proper document but rather what he intended the Hollister court to believe.

You made an assertion; I am merely asking for documentation that backs up the assertion.
