I was born and raised in CA. Wildfires are a fact of life in the mountains there. My mother still owns a pair of small lots in the Monte Toyon area east of Aptos (Santa Cruz Mountains) and my father never wanted to build on them because of the fire danger. Now the County will not allow them to be built on. I keep telling her that she should donate that land to the church camp across the road (she’s 96) because they will never be approved for building, and they are worthless. But, she keeps paying taxes on them. **roll eyes** I guess I’ll have to solve that problem some day sooner than later.

In any case, there is no water and scrubby forest. I think there is even areas of Eucalyptus. It’s tinder dry and burns ever summer.

My point is that there are so mamny fires there — in all of the CA mountains — that they hardly make the news unless they burn something really expensive. In the 1960s there was hardly anything built in those mountains. Church camps, a few cabins, etc.

Somehow I missed the original reference to the old Ann vs the new Ann. Can you explain, please?

Is there something more than just assuming the responsibility for a child? That’ll sure change you!

That is the FIRST time I’ve seen those photos. Thanks. THat negates my thoughts that he is really too light complected to be Obama Sr’s son. None of his half white sons look at all like Barack Sr, do they, or like any of the 100% African sibs?

No. I do however distinctly recall his saying in some video/news clip "I grew up in Hawai'i."

"grew up in" but NOT "was born in."

Yes, exactly. And if Obama himself has never admitted being BORN IN HAWAII, only using proxies to pass on this information, what does that tell you about his willingness for self-incrimination?

He knows something he ain't telling ...

“...Has Obama - HIMSELF - ever said he was *BORN* in Hawaii, or has he just used his proxies to perpetuate this? “

Groan...don’t tell me I have to read ‘Dreams From My Father’ to find out...if he says ‘my mother told me...?

Took another look at that Gibbs video:

‘Gibbs Statement on Obama Birth In Hawaii’

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wKcFhKoJFak

Very very odd...whatever made him say DNA? Slip of the tongue?

This was what I referenced last night for what might have n]been a revenge thing on Dunham’s part. I could not remember the name Maxine Box, but I read the interview. There was more to it than the snippet at your link.

“Dunham hadn’t had a boyfriend in high school, according to Maxine Box, her best friend at the time. So Box and others were stunned when Dunham wrote them to say she’d married the University of Hawaii’s first African student, a Kenyan named Barack Obama. She gave birth to Barack Obama Jr. in August 1961. “We could see Stanley, with her good grades and intelligence, going to college, but not marrying and having a baby right away,” said Box, a retired teacher in Bellevue. ‘I can’t think of anything she said or did that would lead to such a radical thing. At that time, you practically crossed the street if you saw a black man and a white woman. Black and white didn’t go together at that time.’”

Where and when was the church burned...Odinga (BO’s cousin) fit after the election?

Did it like my ancestorial records in Ireland, have records of marriages and birth in it?

It’s that the REAL reason the church was torched?

NAIROBI, KENYA (BosNewsLife)— At least dozens of people were burned to death in a Protestant church in western Kenya where they had taken shelter from tribal clashes sparked by a disputed vote that gave the president a second term, police and Red Cross sources said Tuesday, January 1.

You wrote,
Does any of this matter?

Yes. Naturalization as a citizen of Indonesia arguably asserts another dual or multiple foreign citizenship and foreign allegiance which the Founding Fathers explicitly chose to exclude from eligibiity as Commander-in-Chief of the American Army and Office of the President when they wrote the natural born citizen phrase into the Constitution to do so.

There may or may not also be a circumstance in which his citizenship was renounced as a condition for naturalizing as a citizen of Indonesia. The tampering of the U.S. State Department passport files, however, may have broken the chain of evidence and scrubbed incriminating evidence in the event he ever acquired Indonesian citizenship and/or renounced U.S. citizenship. Regardless of the truth in any event, the tampering with the passport files by a political supporter of Obama may deny an opportunnity to discover that truth.

“There! I found the poster and the post. A US Passport was good for only 5 years in the 1960s. About 15-20 years ago they raised the price, and they extended the length of time they were valid at the same time.”

Looking at my 1961 U.S. Passport it says

“Unless otherwise limited.
This passport expires THREE years
from issue date.
IF renewed, It expires five years from issue date.”

Just the facts ma’am, just the facts.

Thank you for you post.

I haven’t had any side effects from taking Ibuprofen (600 mg) thank goodness. It doesn’t seem to bother me in any way.

I also don’t abuse it. I only take it when something really, really hurts and it is all I can think of…when the “hurt” crowds out everything else from my mind.

I will immediately take one should I stupidly stub my toe for example. That keeps me from having to take more after the fact. I nip it in the bud so to speak.

“back inside cover explains how you can loose your citizenship by voting, taking an oath, declaration of allegiance, or serving in armed forces or accepting employment under the government of a foreign state..it goes on to add more ways a naturalized citizen can lose thir citizenship by redidency..”

I hate to be a stickler for acuracy but the above may not be QUITE acurate, Inside back cover of MY 1961 passport it says

under “Loss of NATIONALITY”.
“You MAY lose your United States NATIONALITY by being naturalized in, or by voting in the elections of a foreign state; by taking an oath or by serving in the armed forces or accepting employment under the government of a foreign state. If you are a naturized citizen of the UInited States, you MAY lose CITIZENSHIP by residing for 3 years in the country of your birth or former nationality, or by residing for 5 years in any other foreign state or states. For detailed information consult the nearest American diplomatic or counsular office.”

It says MAY lose, and seems to make a distiction between NATIONALITY and CITIZENSHIP.
