The vast majority of these glorious endorsements were made before and during the primaries for 2008, also known as the RINO primaries. He was slightly less RINO than McCain and Huckleberry.
These endorsements where made when there was no talk of Palin, Sanford, Jindal, Pence or DeMint.

Of course, they were made when the endorsees wanted him to beat McCain and Huckster. I would be willing to bet they would do the same if he ran again as well.

Good point........
And fwiw, I voted for Romney....here in OK. Frankly I thought...and still think he would have been a better candidate than McCain.
Although....he would have been skewered just like any other RINO.
