As U know I hold U in high regard so my argument with you is purely civil and congenial.
If berg had a chance of winning any of his cases I would be overjoyed.
But IMHO berg will lose all of them.
And in that same frame of mind I ask again, what do you think is flawed?
Please be specific. Is it wrong defendant, wrong plaintiff, wrong burden, wrong venue? and WHY?
