Carl Jung wrote that whenever there is a major change there is an increase in sightings in the area where the change is happening.
There was a huge spike in sighting in the USSR as it was falling.
The sightings appear to move people to search out a deeper meaning in life, ie God.
People who do not believe in God constilate the God complex within themselves, ie they become God within themselves and as such the highest source of morallity.
The last line of your post does not at all sound like the New Testament, to me.
I’m not a fan of Jung. He listened to demonic spirit guides . . . at one point, he even labeled them essentially that.
