If the Justices are going to do something as dramatic as we're discussing, they would have already decided it and are delaying the decision for an appropriated time, or may deliberate over the weekend.

At least 5 Justices agreed to GRANT the Bill Anderson amicus. That's a good sign.

And then promptly sent the matter back to the 3rd Circuit. Bad sign.

In 2000, the U.S. Supreme Court stayed the FL recount in Gore v Bush, by a 5–4 vote, on Dec 9 — that was on a Saturday ...

The court has had plenty of time to agree to take the several Obama cases that have been submitted. They don't seem to be in a hurry.

Since you're still chasing logic circles on the issue of election suits not demonstrating real and concrete damages, and that the SCOTUS takes no action over the weekend, might I suggest you try chasing something else:
