Patience is a virtue ;~)

I'm in no hurry, just wondering how it was going. It's late Friday afternoon on the east coast and the weekend is upon us. A three day weekend, too, so the Court is closed on Monday. You're running short on time.

You're running short on time.

Gee I thought you were a member of this nation too. We're all running short, if this is true...

If this does indeed create a constitutional crisis, are you just going to leave or sit back and do nothing? Doubt it? Even if you're not a "birther", If in the future it is proven BO is a con artist, you'll be the first to say "I told you so!"

Personally I prefer to be a part of the group who are investigating to find the truth not assume that it's already been found.....There is certainly reason to doubt BOs truthfulness, which should trigger that verify button of yours...

Instead you hassle anyone seeking the truth.

BTW did you go to the national archive to find the PoE "data entry" document listing SADOS entering the US through Miami, with an infant child six days old? It's on microfisch.

The issue before the court is rather unprecedented.

If the Justices are going to do something as dramatic as we're discussing, they would have already decided it and are delaying the decision for an appropriated time, or may deliberate over the weekend. The courts have procedures in place for responding to emergency stays, if they so choose to act. That would be the question. If they did, they would not respond until they were ready to.

At least 5 Justices agreed to GRANT the Bill Anderson amicus. That's a good sign.

And if you think nothing can come from the SCOTUS this weekend...

In 2000, the U.S. Supreme Court stayed the FL recount in Gore v Bush, by a 5–4 vote, on Dec 9 — that was on a Saturday ...
