Notice the large Neanderthal type ridges above the eye sockets. Also, the wide nose together with the vacant eyes and pursed lips. Sure signs of PCP intoxication and/or low intelligence. Or perhaps he can no longer feel himself below the waist. Regardless, he is one of God's creatures and deserves our pity.
