The stimulas package is more proof that Bush is liberal, for a Republican. Our federal government has a debt, so they shouldn’t increase spending. He’s said, since 2000, that he’s a conservative, but a conservative wouldn’t propose a huge spending increase.
He began his administration with rebate checks, and it is fitting that he leave office with another round of rebates.
