I think, and it's only a think, is that being pro someone (Rudy in this case) isn't going to be a problem but being vitriolic and slamming other candidates with unsubstantiated crap IS going to be a problem.

Makes perfect sense that a conservative site would want to eliminate liberal debate "tactics". There is a preference for facts and logic over hysteria and attacks - no surprise.

I'm glad a line was drawn. I've been absolutely laser beamed by this kind of stuff for years when discussing another topic - it just kept getting worser and worser. Now it ain't so bad - can actually discuss. Thanks JR.

I followed those so called "purge threads" closely and posters were warned repeatedly to quit slamming conservative candidates in order to boost Rudy.

I could see a ban coming before it happened because the posters refused to stop even after being warned.

If I am on someone else's property and he warns me to stop doing a particular thing, I shouldn't act surprised when he kicks my ass off.

Yes, couldn’t agree more.. Thanks JR. ..and can only hope that the GOP might find that same courage and ‘draw the line’.
