Man cleared of three rapes in penis size case
13 April 2007
JAEN A man was cleared on Friday of three rapes during a trial in which his penis was measured as part of a defence claim to show he did not attack the alleged victims.
However, Ojiffor A., 36, was cleared not because of the size of the mans organ, but because the victims statements did not meet the required legal standards.
In a controversial case, the judges allowed the defence to measure the mans penis as part of their claim that this would show he could not have raped the women.
His former girlfriend claimed she had been raped when she was 16 in 1998.
But the defence claimed the injuries caused to her did not correspond to the size of the mans organ.
He was also accused of raping his former girlfriends sister and her friend.
Though the ex-girlfriend claimed she had been raped in 1998, she did not complain to police until 2002.
The accused, a Nigerian, faced 30 years in jail if he were convicted.
Afterwards, Ojiffor A. said: Finally, justice has been done.

If this isn't appropriate please delete.
To some, size does matter.

In the meantime he has legal bills to pay. Keep that in mind when his Nigerian spam letters roll in to your inbox.

Too bad Johnnie Cochran was not around to take the case. He could have used his famous “If the glove don’t fit, you must acquit”... or some variation!

The female judge asked him, “Just who do you think you will satisfy with that little thingy?”
To which our Nigerian protagonist replied, “Me!”

I definitely agree. How embarrassing to have it proclaimed in a newspaper that you *cough* *cough*, came up short. Hopefully his next girlfriend will not have heard of why he was found innocent. But, he can only hide that secret until......

I have a real problem with bimbos, ex-girlfriends and ex-wives coming forward with rape charges 4 YEARS after the fact. This guy was facing 30 years in jail on the word of some airhead who took four years to go to the police? Sounds like revenge to me.
So any time a woman wants to accuse a man of rape, or if a couple of them want to gang up on him, no proof is required? They can just lock him up?
This is ridiculous. There should be some evidence, or forget it.

This is amazing.
His girl friend, her sister and her friend all say they raped him.
If he is really not guilty that’s a classic set up - because you’d think three different witnesses wouldn’t make up something like that - I guess they were working together.
