I live in a medium size western city where there are no "black" neighborhoods and no "black" schools. There aren't any "black" hangouts. There is no local "black" culture. The city is almost totally integrated except for the Mexicans. Yet we still have a "black" crime problem.

I have lived in Philadelphia and New York. I know what's out there. We don't have it here... Hundreds of billions of dollars have been pumped into the black population in this country. It's only gotten worse.
