It happend last Friday too, while I was preparing the Dose. I called customer service (before 6pm) and got that sorted out.
This was different tonight. It wasn't just the internet--my phone didn't work either. No dial tone at all.

Hi Jonny. Just got home...hope you're still here. Telephone outages are rare as compared to other utilities. You may want to check if there was an outage that affected other customers in your locality. If not, there could be something wrong with the line going into your house, or with the line your phone, or the phone itself.
