Yes, Drudge had the ratings. Just think—next week it will be non-stop interviews with those two. Sorry, I find Jordin very annoying (I know, she’s only 17...)
Well, here's a thought...the people who are steamed that Melinda went home might just vote for Vest Man to punish Idol. Mark my words--the Beat Boxer wins.

My American Idol Opus. I'm with ya. ....and so are countless others, I suspect.

On Fox News Channel today, their AI segment featured the well-chosen phrase, “The three remaining contestants are neck and neck.”

I'm sorry Miss Didi...but recall Simon called the 2nd set a tie.
I agree that Melinda's voice and delivery are top notch stage productions...but she didn't have any fans crying and screaming on her going-home video.
And in Nashville to boot!

They claim they don’t know but this makes twice that it’s been obvious. It’s their own fault. I admit the “AI” type of music is not my thing but I’ve always enjoyed the show & rooted some of them on. It was easy to root for Kelly & Josh & Diana & Elliott & Taylor.... This year has been a mess. There were a lot of talented people they pushed out for style over substance. Suckjaya, Antonella & several others did not deserve to be put through. A lot of talented people lost their chance this season. Usually the show is fun. It hasn’t been this time.

Didn’t you see her university and church? I saw plenty of people cheering and crying. Well, she’s older and doesn’t attract a screaming Ashley Ferl crowd. I still think she had plenty of fans.

(Fred) I wish he would announce already.I do too. But I think he's playing it smart by waiting.

The people's vote was thrown in the trash this week.
It's rigged. How else can you explain what just happened??

It is their own fault--Idol jumped the shark this season. And they'll lose a lot of viewers next year.

This was what I guessed about a month ago.
Remember Kimberly Locke who was eliminated at the third spot? I thought she was terrific - I see she’s subbing on the View.

Well, AI wanted Jordin? They didn’t want a girl-girl finale? So they put in a beat boxer? I think they will hear it from the viewers. Good show, Fox!

Agree that *not winning can be an advantage.
Remember Ruben Studdard? He won. I don’t believe he’s been filling up the arenas in the same way that Clay Aiken did...
