I think if one were to check the link it explains how they arrive at the ratings. Its a good tool for checking the views and voting records of anyone. To the very best of my knowledge it is non partisan and unbiased.

I am a very conservative Republican and I'm what you would call a social conservative.

But I wasn't making any judgment on Rudy with that post.
