Rest assured that the Dems, if Rudy is the nominee, will have this stuff in heavy rotation, both in battleground state spot buys and on YouTube. I have no idea what Rudy was thinking when he did this stuff. But it was more stupid, IMO, than Kerry in a bunny space suit. And the Dems are gonna bang on it like a cheap cutlet if Rudy wins the nomination.
