He's a conservative on fiscal, domestic and foreign policy issues that supports strict constructionist judges!! Hardly a liberal. What's a RINO anyways? In order for someone to be a RINO we must have a definition of a Republican. And for the definition to be true it must accurately describe 100% of Republicans 100% of the time. Afterall, "real Republicans" never disagree about anything/sarcasm. Is Zel Miller a DINO then?
