In fact, Scalia was another of Rudy's colleagues and he never said that he was his "favorite"."

As you anti-Rudy people love to point out, Rudy is not an official candidate yet. Therefore it makes no sense to ask for specific quotes of his saying what he would do as President. I think, however, this quote strongly suggests what his position will be. Also, wanting Scalia appointed as Chief Justice makes very clear the point that he is Rudy's favorite justice.

Also one can be both pro-abortion and against Roe v. Wade. In fact many people are. I believe he stance on this is a "states rights" one, but I don't have a quote at this second. Please show me a quote of his where he "strongly opposes overturning Roe v. Wade".
