The people who knew Reagan best and are in charge of his legacy determined that Reagan liked Rudy Giuliani and respected him enough to give him the Ronald Reagan Freedom Award. The museum foundation in charge of all that also gave King Hussein of Jordan the same award. In know he's dead and all, but do you propose we dig up his corpse and run HIM as the GOP candidate?
