What about the Indian Reservations and the border towns. What about Appalachia? There's lots of poverty and despair in this country.

exactly....I'm so sick of these hollyweird types raising money, adopting, etc etc (and that include my cousin who goes to SA every year to do free dental work - never mind that he lives in WV - how poor is that) and doesn't do anything for the kids here in this country....
