It is reported that Senator Lott has a list of 10 names of GOP senators who have elected to stand with the democrats, instead of supporting our own WAR TIME, GOP POTUS.
Brownback;
Coleman;
Lugar?;
Snow;
Collins;
Hagel;
and likely
Voinovich;
Smith;
Two have not yet been named (outed).
.
Republican Sens. George Voinovich of Ohio and John Warner of Virginia also might be persuaded. Warner said he supports the Iraq Study Group recommendations, which strongly cautioned against an increase in troops unless advocated by military commanders.
Yes...yes...but...what about Freud? Regardless that he was a drug addled, sexually frustrated pin head...he analyzed people and he would of...uh...something to do with Wilson...I think...
I'm not stomping on your friend, just using that post to ping on. (sorry if I riled you up)
Lol very true. There was *something* about Freud. I just don't remember what it was...
I get a different impression than you do. "Fortunately" refers to Brownback and others having a different opinion about the new strategy than the President.
Being a Mormon is now "baggage"?
Rudy's "baggage", is negligible, compared to Hillary's and he knows how to beat her.
For someone who keeps patting himself on the back, with both hands, about how much he knows about politics, your posts prove that to be a delusion.
Not so. Thanks for your understanding, my FRiend.
Apples and oranges; Kosovo wasn't anything at all even remotely akin to Iraq. And I was here, back in the '90s.
You devalue the meaning of the word, "coward."
The mod gave us one to play with and I was letting her in on the fun!
Oliver North is speaking now.
Condi will be an excellent witness as usual.

I hope that what Bush said tonight will be implemented with regards to not treating the various factions with kid gloves and the issues with Syria and Iran. At this point, I can only hope.
I'm honestly not anti-war, but I'm starting to lose faith that there are any political leaders out there that know how to fight them anymore.
Sen. Arlen Specter, R-Philadelphia
* "A compelling justification for an increase in troop levels in Iraq was not made. An escalation in Iraq is a plan to repeat past mistakes. The president has increased troop levels ... a number of times since 2003 without a drop in the level of violence. I see no reason why this time would be any different."
Sen. Bob Casey, D-Scranton
* "Tonight, the president did not, as promised, offer a new strategy for success in Iraq. Instead, he offered more of the same -- an escalation of the same failed policy. ... I am extremely disappointed in the president's proposal and ask him in the strongest of terms to reconsider this decision."
Mods are well aware over 15% on FR are embedded sleeper-lefties
And add in the pansies who run battles in full retreat
Coleman will not be receiving any campaign money from me anymore!
A bit over-eager to do a little cyber-stomping, are you?
Biden will be rude and arrogant. I won't watch.
