I have nothing against religious conservatives.
All I'm saying is that Republicans need to diversify and preach the other tenets of conservatism too.
We know Republicans are pro-life and pro-family already. Why do they have to make it a central part of their campaigns all the time?
Neither do I. You know who I am talking about... I see a few of them here on FR whose only purpose is to throw sh*t at the Christians. It pisses me off...
They all want their votes, but deliver zero on their issues (issues I happen to agree with).
And the war... the war is not going to be won in a court room by a division of lawyers, so all this "tough on terror" talk is patent B.S. Rotting the country from the inside out ain't helping...
Since the 2006 election cycle ended, FR has turned into flame wars between single issue factions who don't think a multi-issue conservative is "conservative enough" because he/she doesn't emphasize their issue above the other conservative issues. Why can't we have conservativism at all 3 levels - foreign, fiscal, and social? What is sadly taking place here are the various factions trying to bully each other.
