So all the founding fathers were wrong and laws against, for instance, sodomy, public indecency, contributing to the delinqency of a minor, pornography, live sex shows and the like which were extant for the first 150 years of this republic were all wrong too.

IOW, the playboy philosophy and the ACLU are the ones who got it right, not Jefferson, Washington, Adams, and all those other dead white men.
