Don't be ridiculous, having a baby out of wedlock is hardly illegal. It happens all the time. It may not be the best situation, but it is not any of your business.
Somehow, I don't think that you are really serious about this issue, anyway.
my point is that situations can be advisable/desirable/lamentable irrespective of whether they are going on in one's home or not. as i said, this is public knowledge, a public statement was obviously issued. it is fair game for discussion in the larger context of the culture war.

Obviously this "principle" is not true.
People having children out of wedlock, a generation of fatherless children is not just something that happens in the bedroom. It may not be illegal, but it is ill-advised and, in general, a burden to society.
