There's no way in heck the Congress would go for term limits. And the U.S. Supreme Court has told individual states that it cannot impose term limits on their congressmen, so you couldn't do a state-by-state method of making all states have congressional term limits.

Basically, the only option left is a convention called by the states themselves. That's pretty much as impossible as all of the other options.

You know that and I know that, maybe a grandfather clause, to let those who have the resources die in the senate..... And I know about states rights and all that, but congress is abusing it's power. We've enacted unconstitutional amendments, prohibition, and we've said abortion is a constitutional right. So, this is so much closer to amending the constitution than the other two. With the abuse so rampant, this is what we need. But, LOL, it won't happen, too much government in the way to do it anyway.
