This really saddens me since my kid spent a year in Iraq. You don't know how disappointed I am in our congress.

And mine spent 15 months there and is heading back.

But I'll tell you what........I used to get support here on this forum. There was a general respect for our troops and their mission here.

Since November 7th, it is GONE.

Thank GOD that the Commander in Chief is still in charge. Without his leadership, who knows what would happen to this honorable mission?

The truth of the matter is, he is the only one in Washington who is NOT impotent.

The politicians ran for cover when it became clear that the media was winning the propaganda war.

Of course, the media had lots of help from our so called elite pundits and talk show hosts.

Sadly, our troops will pay a heavy price for 'I told you so' and 'let's punish the President'

Our troops have been betrayed, our allies, and the free world that depends on us for their lives.
