"MARIJUANA WILL STILL BE ILLEGAL FOR NON-MEDICAL USE

Proposition 215 DOES NOT permit non-medical use of marijuana. Recreational use would still be against the law. Proposition 215 does not permit anyone to drive under the influence of marijuana.

Proposition 215 allows patients to cultivate their own marijuana simply because federal laws prevent the sale of marijuana, and a state initiative cannot overrule those laws."

And just where did I claim otherwise? One guy who had an official blessing from Oakland to grow for those who could not was tried and convicted in fedgov's stacked courtroom, yet was not allowed to present a defense. When jurors learned that he had been "blessed" by Oakland, under Prop 215, AFTER the trial, they said they would have acquitted him of all charges had they known. So much for your war on drugs. It's all about control over the lives of others and well you know it. Go get a real life and leave folks alone.

So? Proposition 215 did not permit sales.
