Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this the way our system is supposed to work? People vote, or they don't, and the majority of those who vote rules. I'm not thrilled about it either, but I accept the results because the system is the best on this earth.
It's too bad that more people didn't get out and vote the way you think they should have. But that's the way it goes, friend. Now that you've vented your spleen, direct what's left of your obvious anger toward what needs to be done in order for the GOP to win next time.
But first get some sleep.
What needed to be done to fix the GOP should have been done in the primaries. If conservatives in some states weren't able to cure themselves of RINOs in the primaries then it's their DUTY to shelve it until the next Primaries two years later. The election is NOT the time to try and purge the party of RINOs, or send a message. That by definition is what the primaries are for! Clearly too many voters don't understand the electoral process. The election is for keeping liberals out of office and out of the majority. Many conservatives utterly failed on BOTH counts. Now they need to suck it up, take responsiblity, and live with their HORRIBLE mistake. I know quite well how the process works in our system of government. That doesn't mean that people who make STUPID decisions in their voting are exempt from critisicm. This is a mistake ALL conservatives are going to have to pay for for the next two years. And if I'm going to have to pay for someone else's STUPID SHORT SIGHTED ARROGANT mistake, they d**n sure are going to hear from me about it. If they can't handle that, then that couldn't possibly be MORE their problem.
