I hope you remember your comment when your kids or grandkids are having to head off to fight somewhere in 20 years because the Democrats stopped fighting the war over the next few years. It's no guarantee that the GOP will take anything back. You don't get it. And the certainty to make the Supreme Court conservative with Stevens retirement in the coming months is dead now.
