Except of course that the President will be the scapegoat and all the world's ills will still be his fault. The Dems have carte blanch ability to flock everything up and it will still be the GOP's fault.

Which will be immediately transferable to the Republican nominee and Pubbies in general. The Rat plan will be to mess things up as much as possible to leverage that tactic. The MSM will carry it like a banner into battle.
