This is directed at those so called "conservative" retards who did not vote for their Republican Senators and Representatives in the few close states, or who voted Libertarian or Democrat.
I knew a country once. It was called "America". "Libertarians" and Republicans who didn’t vote; YOU ARE TRAITORS to that country and your so called conservative values. It’s that simple. And you just handed America to the Modern American Socialist party. Good job. Well done. GO TO H**L!!! I am so disgusted and ashamed of America right now I can’t even hardly type. I can’t sleep either. I can not make myself even process the fact that in a time of war, the most serious and most difficult war in America’s HISTORY, the people of America are so weak and gutless that they can’t support the one single party with the ability to do what needs to be done to win and protect the country.
With a 15 or so seat House Majority and a basically two seat Senate Majority, the country is well and truly f****d for the next two years. The war, forget it. Might as well run up the yellow flag, pull our guys home, and grab and kiss our butts good bye. The terrorists will be gleeful about this election result, and that speaks for itself. The party of weakness and appeasement and talk without action just won. North Korea and Iran will cheer this election. That speaks for itself also.
The Supreme Court? Kiss it good bye for another 20 or more years. Stevens will not finish out 2007 on the court, maybe not even the next few months. And now, with no control in Congress, no real conservative nominee will get to the Senate floor for a vote. To all you so called Americans who didn’t vote Republican but CLAIM to be conservative, how’s that feel? How’s it feel to know that a couple hundred thousand of you geniuses just guaranteed that the Supreme Court will have more gutless milk toast moderates like Kennedy making decisions instead of people like Scalia and Thomas and Roberts and Alito? Does it feel good? STUPID B******S!!!
Say goodbye to a Congress that will fund a proactive aggressive war against terrorism, fighting far away before it hits home instead of reacting after it hits home. Say goodbye to tax cuts. Say good bye to border enforcement. Say good bye to limits on abortions and embryonic/fetal stem cell research. BILLIONS will now be wasted on bad junk research which will provide no cures, but will help protect abortion and human cloning. Say good bye to a good strong growing economy and healthy job market. The Democrats will have their way with all those things like a convicted sex offender at cheerleader camp.
Oh, and before I forget, The voters in Virginia and Ohio and Missouri and Montana are the STUPIDEST MOST RETARTED SHORT SIGHTED INBRED MORONS on the face of the stinking planet!!!!! This was not about Democrat numbers. This was about a few hundred thousand people who CLAIM to be conservatives, who either voted Libertarian or didn’t vote or voted Democrat. All three groups of those people are NOT conservatives and as far as I’m concerned, those pieces of trash give lip service about their supposed "conservative values" and then when it’s important, they chicken out, or have their little ego trip pitty party because the Republican party isn’t like Burger King; "If I can’t have it my way I just won’t vote for Republicans". I haven’t had a lot my way in the GOP but they’re the only game in town that can win that’s going to even try to do things that I like at least most of the time. How the STUPID STUPID people in those states, ESPECIALLY VIRGINIA, couldn’t see that. I’m just stunned.

Unfortunately, and now being beyond the initial rage after the election, NOW I want the heads of the secular minded GOP leaders that have arrogantly refused to make the GOP run as a conservative party. There better d**n well be some REAL Republicans, REAL CONSERVATIVES, calling the shots. No more of these d**n beltway secular Republicans playing conservative when it suits them, but then not making the party look "TOO" conservative. It has been my believe for many years that the GOP constantly trying to flirt with the independent voters is what finally broke the camels back and drove away just enough conservative voters that it killed the Republican Congress majorities. That's what I think. TexasPatriot8, you ought to realize that your original posting was flame-bait. You are entitled to your POV and your way of expressing it. Some of your conclusions may be valid and some not but you laid it out with a flame thrower and you should expect the reasonable results of doing so.
ShadowDancer, you took the flame-bait. You jumped in with both feet and when flame was returned for flame you retreated to a defensive position based on emotion over something unknown to any poster at the outset. TP8 essentially challenged all-comers to a fight. You jumped in the ring and after a few blows you complain that you're a cripple and it's not fair.
If we (FR conservatives) go at each others throats looking for solace over this loss there will be consequences. Consequences come about whether you take responsibility for your actions or not. But they are greatly magnified when you don't.
Now you can all turn your guns on me or you can help conservatives figure out how best to deal with the mess we now have. The bigger mess we now have. First thing might be to actually figure out who did change their votes (if any) and why rather than guess about it.
This election was about the WOT. Apparently not enough Americans get that. Assuming what it is they don't get about it or why will lead to greater confusion not less.

Nope, my reaction would have been the same even if I hadn't attended that funeral. He posted like an idiot and I called him on it, period. The only reason the funeral even came up is because he asked me what I did yesterday. As if the rest of us just sit on our asses and let fools like him take charge.
