You Squirrels are dead wrong - the government gross wages (non-ed) are taxed at 23% - both fed and st/local - and that's included in the 23% revenue neutral rate.
First, stop with the names. OK?
Second, you haven't been able to show where there was an adjustment for government wages in either the AFT's or Kotlikoff's calculation of the rate. They both treat government wages just like other government consumption - taxed at 23%
including the FairTax.
