Really??? The ensuring of legally-required funding of S/S is not part of the S/S laws???Not by bureaucrats "determining" tax rates as the Fairtax law allows them to do without oversite or congressional approval.
Presently SS bureaucrats don't determine laws or tax rates, that would only come with the Fairtax.
