I've been thinking a lot about this lately. I really believe the kids need a pass word. Something like let's roll. They hear it and they know to run and hide if they can and if not to take the bad guy out as a group. Yeah sadly some may die but the pattern has been that they will anyway. Do you know of any that have not harmed or killed once they put their plan in action?
"Let's roll." That's so simple, but I think it might work. Two little words, that bring to mind the actions of the passengers of Flight 93. I think it just might make it clear to everyone, in a split second, what must be done.
Exactly what I've been thinking. Look for the chosen class leader to give the word and act. It wouldn't take much training.
