But unfortunately state law dictates that they can't have guns in schools! I wasn't blaming the Amish....I'm blaming the legislators - Federal, state and local for putting our children at risk.
No matter what the laws, this teacher would not have been armed, nor would she have shot this maniac.
The legislators know these silly laws won't work, and when they don't work they will pass others until they reach their real goal.... we all know what that is.
It's really sad that teachers need to be armed nowadays. How come most of these horrible shootings are happening in schools; I believe almost all in public schools. I think it has alot to do with a bad anger that many people feel towards the school system that teaches alot of useless stuff and a theory of evolution that tends to create a doubt about God. And the teachers are not allowed to teach the amazing evidence in the creationism theory. Nor are they teaching the big holes in evolution. It's not suprising at all; the darkside loves to brainwash kids using unwitting teachers as it's tool. Kids would be alot better off today learning the basics and then getting a job until they find there interest in business rather than suffering through the public school system.
