Just another Democrat using the flag to attack a black man.

May well have been. It was not a Confederate flag in this case though.

Should we consider the flag that was used in this attack as racist? Nah, its the person misusing the flag who is a racist, not the flag. Some people don't seem to understand that.

Actually based upon the picture I'd call it an ornamental flag stolen for the purposes of the attack.

It was probibly in the lobby of the building where they were protesting.

That's a big difference then the way the Confederate flag has been used by white power elements.
