Call someone a black person instead of African American? According to two of my black friends, they want to be called "black," not African-American.

I am willing to bet if you called a black person the "n" word you will not get away with that. If you, a white person in the real world,called a Hispanic "brown person" you will not get away with that either. They are both racial slurs. Why should Karl Rove get away of calling a Hispanic a "brown person"?
