Border Security and Immigration Policy are two mutually exclusive subjects. For the purpose of this discussion, leave Immigration Policy (Guest Worker, Temporary Worker, Non-Amnesty Amnesty, Whatever you want to call it) out. Let's stick with BORDER SECURITY.
What is Bush's plan to PHYSICALLY secure the BORDER, such that those who will ignore the afore mentioned Immigration Laws (new or existing) will not be able to ILLEGALLY cross our sovereign BORDERS at will?
