Well, Jeb did name a BILL after the dead boy, Martin Anderson. You don't expect the State of Florida to actually PROSECUTE DEPUTIES for beating a child to death, do you? Then they would be upholding the law and that's just not done here.

The BIKINI STRANGLER's victim is dead thanks to the fabulous justice system of Florida.
