So how come the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office is trying to block public access to the email messages of Michael Schiavo who claims to be a nursing supervisor---a policy setting position---at the Pinellas County Jail?

So, is MS a nursing supervisor, or isn't he? The article states at least twice that he "claims" to be a nursing supervisor.
I'm sure as we speak that the Sheriff dept. is swapping out hard drives on all computers. Let's face it, most everyone sends at least a couple of non official email from their work station. Let's face it, these folks are so unprofessional, I wouldn't be surprised at what an examination would yield.
